This page records the engineering contribution to IR Command Center. It does not transfer or change copyright ownership, contractual rights, confidentiality obligations or other intellectual-property rights.
For statutory context, the Copyright Act, 1957 includes computer programmes within “literary work” under Section 2(o), addresses first ownership for certain works created in the course of employment under Section 17(c), and recognizes an author's special right to claim authorship under Section 57(1)(a). Section 57 also states that failure to display a work, or to display it to the author's satisfaction, is not by itself an infringement of that section.
