1. Scope
This policy explains how information is processed when authorized users access IR Command Center, a business workspace operated by Valorem Advisors.
2. Information processed
The platform may process account details such as name, business email, role and profile information; authentication and security records; platform activity and audit data; technical information required to operate the service; and business content entered, uploaded or generated by authorized users.
3. Social sign-in
If you choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, the platform receives the verified identity information needed to authenticate you, principally your email address and provider account identifier. Social sign-in does not automatically create an IR Command Center account; the returned email must match an active authorized user.
4. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide role-based access, operate platform features, maintain records and workflows, secure and troubleshoot the service, support users, investigate misuse, and meet applicable business, legal, audit and compliance requirements.
5. Cookies and sessions
IR Command Center uses essential session cookies to keep users authenticated and to protect sign-in flows. Temporary authentication cookies may also be used when a third-party sign-in provider requires them. These cookies are used for security and platform operation rather than advertising.
6. Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, communications, security or other platform functions, subject to appropriate access controls. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, clients, Valorem Advisors or the integrity of the service.
7. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose, security, audit, contractual or legal requirement. Retention periods may vary by data type and client or regulatory obligation.
8. Security
Valorem Advisors uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect platform information, including authentication controls, role-based access and security logging. No system can guarantee absolute security, so suspected incidents should be reported promptly.
9. Access and correction
Authorized users who need to correct account information, request access changes or raise a privacy question should contact the appropriate Valorem Advisors administrator or privacy/compliance contact.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the platform, applicable requirements or business practices change. The updated date shown above identifies the current version.
