IR Command Center is a business workspace operated by Valorem Advisors for authorized users. Access is personal to the account holder and may be limited, changed or withdrawn based on role, client assignment, employment or business requirements.
2. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and authenticated devices secure. Do not share accounts or allow another person to use your access. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
3. Confidential information
The platform may contain confidential, proprietary, client, investor, research, financial or market-sensitive information. Use and disclose that information only for legitimate authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable confidentiality obligations, internal policies and law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or extract information without authorization, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
5. Data and content
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, permissions and lawful use of content they upload or enter. System outputs, automated summaries and AI-assisted features should be reviewed before they are relied upon or distributed.
6. No investment advice
IR Command Center is an operational and information-management tool. Content made available through the platform is not, by itself, an offer, solicitation, recommendation or personalized investment advice.
7. Service availability
Valorem Advisors may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features where required for security, reliability, compliance or business reasons. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
The platform design, software, workflows, branding and related proprietary materials belong to Valorem Advisors or their respective licensors. Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Compliance and access review
Platform activity may be logged for security, troubleshooting, compliance and audit purposes. Access may be suspended where misuse, unauthorized activity or a security risk is reasonably suspected.
